Douglas Laboratories® Manganese supplement provides 8 mg of elemental manganese per vegetarian capsule. Manganese (Mn) plays an important role in several physiologic processes as a constituent of multiple enzymes and activator of other supportive enzymes

Ingredients per Serving:

    Manganese (as manganese aspartate and manganese citrate) - 8 mg

Other Ingredients: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (capsule) and microcrystalline cellulose
